Chef Michelle — originally from Mitchell, South Dakota — trained in Charleston, South Carolina, a true foodie haven. After culinary school and years of hands-on experience, she’s bringing her passion for fresh, from-scratch, and decadently crafted desserts, coffee, and food back home to share locally with you.
